Michelle Y. Clopton, founder of Gleaming Solutions, was born and raised on the South Side of Chicago and brings a lifelong passion for cleanliness, service, and creating peaceful spaces. As one of six siblings, Michelle learned early the value of hard work, teamwork, and compassion—principles that now shape the heart of her business.
With a special dedication to helping teens and young adults grow into their best selves, Michelle sees cleaning not just as a service, but as a way to restore comfort, clarity, and confidence to every space. Her vision for Gleaming Solutions is rooted in excellence, integrity, and community impact. In addition to growing her business, Michelle also volunteers her cleaning services in support of local food pantries and community programs.
